Steps to request deletion

1. Enter the email address associated with your account in the form below.
2. We receive and validate the request. We may contact you to confirm your identity before proceeding.
3. After approval, complete deletion of your account and associated data will occur within 30 days.

Data that will be deleted

• Account and authentication data (email, user identifier, and session tokens).
• Game sessions, saved progress, character dialogues, and submitted case reports.
• Available credits, consumption history, and credits ledger records.
• Game preferences (such as language) and gameplay telemetry sent by the client.

Data that may be kept

• Records we must keep for legal requirements or to resolve disputes.
• Temporary backups for up to 30 days during the deletion process, after which they are removed.
• Feedback submitted separately through the institutional website (game feedback form), if applicable.

Data on your device

Account deletion applies only on our servers. Local save files and other data stored in the app are not removed automatically. To remove them from your device, clear the app's data in system settings or uninstall the app.
